How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 2-4 weeks in advance, especially for peak season (summer/fall). However, we can sometimes accommodate last-minute requests if availability allows.
What if weather conditions are bad?
We monitor conditions closely and will reschedule if conditions are unsafe. Our condition-adaptive approach means we can usually find suitable activities even in less-than-perfect weather.
Do I need experience?
No! We welcome all experience levels, from complete beginners to advanced watermen. We customize every adventure to your abilities.
What's included in the price?
All ocean equipment, safety gear, expert guidance, skill coaching, and photos/videos. Not included: transportation, accommodation, and meals.
Can I bring friends/family?
Absolutely! We offer group rates and can accommodate families, friends, and corporate groups. Contact us for custom group packages.
What's your cancellation policy?
Full refund if you cancel 14+ days before. 50% refund if you cancel 7-13 days before. No refund for cancellations within 7 days, unless we can rebook the slot.
